Summary: | PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic permeability in a high frequency region by alternately laminating Mn and Co layers each having <=100Angstrom thickness. CONSTITUTION:An alternately laminated Mn-Co film 2 is formed on a first substrate 1 by vapor deposition. Since the film 2 is formed by alternately laminating 6,000 layers in total of Mn layers each having 20Angstrom thickness and Co layers each having 30Angstrom thickness, the thickness of the film 2 attains to 30mum. A second substrate 3 made of the same material as the first substrate 1 is stuck to the film 2 to obtain a core having the film 2 held between the substrates 1, 3. Since the Mn and Co layers each having <=100Angstrom thickness are alternately laminated, the intrasurface magnetic anisotropy is extremely increased and the rotation of saturation magnetization in the layers is facilitated, so the magnetic permeability in a high frequency region is remarkably improved. |
