Summary:PURPOSE:To retard an increase in battery temperature to prevent the damage of a battery caused by heat by accommodating the battery in a container with bottom filled with low boiling point insulating liquid. CONSTITUTION:Where a battery 1 is mounted on a printed circuit board 5 by reflow soldering, the battery 1 and other components are placed on the printed circuit board 5 in which soldering cream is attached on the surface where the ends 3a, 4a of lead plates 3, 4 are to be mounted. The bottom of the container 2 is fixed to the printed circuit board 5 by adhesion, then a required amount of low boiling point insulating liquid 6 is poured in the container 2. The printed circuit board 5 together with the battery 1 is put in the atmosphere of high boiling point liquid vapor 7 for reflow soldering. The temperature of the battery is kept at the temperature below the boiling point of the low boiling point liquid 6 by heat absorption attendant on the vaporization of the low boiling point liquid 6.
