PURPOSE:To reduce the error of a measured value, by reducing the ground contact pressure of the tires of front and rear wheels by raising an automobile body by a lifter. CONSTITUTION:Lifters 48, 49 raising an automobile body to support the same are arranged to the front and rear of a front wheel guide and each of them consists of frames 105 and the cylinder 102 extending up and down fixed to the frames 105 and the rod 101 of the cylinder 102 freely protrudes upward and a head 101a having a groove 101b is mounted to the upper end of the rod 101. Therefore, the rod 101 of the cylinder 102 is extended upward. The groove 101b of the head 101a receives the side sill of the automobile body to raise the same. Therefore, by supporting the automobile body so as to raise the same by the lifter, even when external force in a horizontal direction is applied to the car body, the movement of the automobile body can be prevented. Further, the wt. of the automobile body added to tires can be reduced and the deformation of the tires becomes small and, in measuring a steering angle by a touch type sensor, the error of a measured value can be reduced.
