Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the titled structure outstanding in expansibility, flexibility and moisture permeability, useful as, e.g. a medical material, by integrating a polyurethane nonwoven fabric or its formed product and polyurethane porous layer. CONSTITUTION:The objective structure can be obtained by impregnating or coating a polyurethane nonwoven fabric or its formed product with a polyurethane solution or polyurethane emulsion followed by wet regeneration treatment (or dry treatment) to form a polyurethane porous layer. Said formed product is made by winding the nonwoven fabric mentioned above on a core rod coated with fluororesin followed by forming on heating to make a cylindrical body on which a polyurethane porous layer is formed. This structure is high in extensibility with cushioning nature and moisture permeability, therefore being useful as a medical material.
