Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce load on a line, and to enable a large quantity of data to be transmitted periodically, by providing a previous time transmission data table, end reducing the quantity of data to be transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A data transmission control program 18 started up with a periodical cycle, finds deviation(previous transmission data processed data) between the data on the previous transmission data table 20, and the data on a process data table 19. An obtained deviation is compressed to the one of eight bit length, and is stored in a transmission data buffer 21. A data reception control program 22 receives the deviation in a reception data buffer 23. The data reception control program 22 expands the deviation on the reception data buffer 23 to the one of 32 bits, and adds it on the process data copy table 24 of a corresponding process and case.
