Summary:PURPOSE:To achieve high compression that can be secured even at the time of low speed rotation operation, by using such a pump as acting on account of volumetric change taking place from the relationship between blades making both self-rotation and revolution around the identical center and a deformed cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A contact surface between the blades 1 through 10 a rotating rotor 11 and the outer perimeter of the rotor 11 a contact surface between the same blades and the inner perimeter of a cylinder 12, and respective surfaces of their counterparts are machined in spherical surfaces. Blades 1-10 can make both self-rotation and revolution within a space sectioned by the cylinder 12 and the rotor 11. When the rotor 11 rotates by 39 deg., the blade 1 proceeds to the position and angle of the blade 2 while rotating in a fixed direction. And when the rotor 11 rotates by 360 deg., the blades 1-10 also make one revolution while making one self rotation. Furthermore, as the cylinder 12 is used as a deformed cylinder matching the a trace of the blade, high compression is achieved even at a low rotation with a pumping action by volumetric change.
