Summary:PURPOSE:To enhance the working ability of a device for fastening and securing tires temporarily assembled to vehicle bodies successively conveyed, by aiming at automating the moving work of a nut runner, and by enabling the nut runner to be surely held during fastening and securing the tires. CONSTITUTION:A movable frame 4 is movably suspended from a pair of first rails 2 through the intermediary of a plurality of rollers 3, the rails 12 being laid in parallel with the conveying direction of a hander A supporting a vehicle body B. A pair of second travel rails 5 are secured to the lower surface of the movable frame 4, extending in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction (a), and a runner 7 removably attached on the rails 5 through the intermediary of a plurality of rollers 6, is moved right and left by means of a drive cylinder 9. Further, a second bracket 7d is swingably provided on a first bracket 7b disposed in the coupling section 7a of the runner 7, and a nut runner 20 is mounted on the lower section of the second bracket 7b through the intermediary of a balancer 18 and a suspending member 19.
