CONSTITUTION:The polymer coupler consisting of at least the repeating units expressed by formulas I and II is incorporated into the photosensitive material. In formulas, R , R denote H, alkyl of 1-4C, Cl; L1, L3 denote -COO-, -NHCO-, -OCO-, etc.; L2, L4 denote a combination group connecting L1, and Q or L3 and T; (m), (m'), (n), (n') denote 0, 1; Q denotes a coupler residue which can form a dye by coupling with an oxidized arom. primary amine developing soln.; T denotes carboxamide, carbamoyl, sulfonamide, etc.; (x), (y) denote 10-90wt%. The polymer coupler consists of the copolymer contg. the monomer coupler having the coupler residue Q and the comonomer without having the residue Q in the above-mentioned manner.
