Summary:PURPOSE:To improve controllability and safety of a captioned cell by jointly using LiCF3SO3 and LiClO4 for solute to be used as an electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:In a nonaqueous electrolyte cell composed by combining a positive electrode 3 with a negative electrode 5 having a light metal such as lithium and sodium as an active material through a separator 4, a nonaqueous electrolyte, wherein SiCF3SO3 and LiClO4 is dissolved as solute in an electrolyte solvent in which propylene carbonate is mixed with an organic solvent made of at least one kind selected from among dimethyltetrahydrofuran, dimethyldioxolane, tetramethyldioxolane and dioxane, is used. LiCF3SO3 is far stable than LiClO4 in the organic solvent, further having a good preservation property at a high temperature and little deterioration at a high temperature preservation time or the like. Thereby, safety of the nonaqueous electrolyte is raised so as to improve controllability and safety of the captioned cell.
