Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce the thermal stress of a mixer lens by omitting a lens in the center of the mixer lens and hermetically sealing the mixer lens and the outside of a window lens and using the lens cavity part as an air hole for cooling. CONSTITUTION:Central lenses of condenser lenses 2' and projection lenses 2'' of a mixer lens 2 are omitted to form the cavity. That is, since no lenses exist in the area of the highest intensity of light and the cavity part is used as the air hole by omission of lenses 2' and 2'' in the center of the mixer lens 2, the peripheral part of the center is mainly cooled. Thus, the temperature of the whole of the mixer lens 2 is uniformized to reduce a maximum temperature. Since the aperture part in the center absorbs thermal deformation, thermal stress is reduced.
