Summary: | PURPOSE:To improve the starting property, and also, to execute a stable vibration by starting a vibrating by binarizing an AC noise containing a DC portion through a starting capacitor, and also, using a photointerrupter for using a galvano-mirror as a reflecting body. CONSTITUTION:A transistor of a photointerrupter 222 for using a galvanomirror 224 vibrated by a driving force by a driving coil 212 and an elastic force of a torsion spring, as a reflecting body is turned on and off, corresponds to a vibration itself of the mirror 224 through a capacitor 206 and a BPF 214, and a vibration detecting signal which does not become minute because it is not based on a vibration differential value, etc. is generated. In accordance with this detecting signal, the driving coil 212 is controlled by a phase shifting circuit 216, a starting capacitor 207, a comparator 218, a driving and amplyfing circuit 220, etc., and the mirror 224 is brought stably to a self-excited vibration. On the other hand, a noise containing a DC component is converted to a binary signal through the capacitor 207 and the comparator 218, the mirror 224 is started exactly, and the starting property is improved. |
