Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain a propylene polymer composition prevented from corroding a mold and improved in the rigidity and transparency of a resin, by adding a combination of aluminum p-t-butylbenzoate with a salt of a Group I metal of the periodic table or zinc with a higher fatty acid or the like to a propylene polymer containing Mg and a halogen as polymerization catalyst residues. CONSTITUTION:A combination of 0.03-0.5pt.wt. aluminum p-t-butylbenzoate (B) with 0.01-0.5pt.wt. at least one member (C) selected from a salt of Group I metal of the periodic table or zinc with a higher fatty carboxylic acid (e.g., sodium stearate or zinc stearate) and a hydrotalcite is added to 100pts.wt. propylene polymer (A) containing magnesium and a halogen as polymerization catalyst residues to obtain the purpose porpylene polymer composition. Since component C is used instead of calcium stearate conventionally used as a neutralizing agent, the action of component B is not inhibited. |
