Summary:PURPOSE:To attain the common use with a loopback system by using a relay holding the state before power interruption if the drive power supply is lost so as to exclude an unstable operation. CONSTITUTION:Two each transmission lines l, 2 and transmission lines 3, 4 of different directions are connected to stations 40, 20 via bypass devices 30, 10. The station 20 has a power supply device 27 and the bypass device 10 has other power supply 19. A bypass command is inputted to transistors (TRs) 11, 14 and a signal made opposite by an inverter gate 9 is inputted to TRs 12, 13. The TRs 11-14 are connected respectively to drive coils 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b. Relay contacts 15-18 are changed over by the drive coils 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b. The relay contacts 15-18 keep the preceding state even at the output interruption of the power supply device 19.
