PURPOSE:To obtain a sound quality good in linearity, excellent in a central holding capacity and effective in dumping by push/pull driving a diaphragm by first and second magnetic circuits. CONSTITUTION:The direction of input signals passing through a first voice coil 8 and a second voice coil 16 are made opposite and the first and the second magnetic circuits 1, 9 are driven with opposite phases to each other according to the input signals. Therefore, when according to the operation of the first magnetic circuit 1, a first subcone 17 is pressed forward in a direction shown by an arrow A with a prescribed force, a second sub-cone 18 is pulled to the direction shown by the arrow A with the same force according to the operation of the second magnetic circuit 9. The plane diaphragm 19 is driven (push-pull drive) as a push-pull amplification in an amplifier circuit by the first and the second sub-cones 17, 18. Thereby, the synthetic force of the force generated respectively on the first and the second magnetic circuits 1, 9 is impressed to the plane diaphragm 19, a magnetic braking force is effectively applied and a sound quality effective in the dumping is obtained and the central holding capacity is also excellent.
