Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction or the like of an electronic circuit, etc., by supplying power to an actuator from a 1st power supply and to the electronic circuit from a 2nd power supply and connecting both the power sources when an ignition switch is turned off, thereby eliminating the transmission of noise or the like. CONSTITUTION:With an ignition switch 22 turned on, a relay 46 is not energized and its contact 48 is opened. Thus, batteries 21, 37 are disconnected and power is supplied to the actuator 29 from the battery 21 and to the electronic circuit 36 from the battery 37 respectively. Moreover, an electronic control unit 31 drives an inductive load 28 through a photocoupler 45. Thus, the occurrence of a low voltage at power supply momentary interruption, high frequency noise and the invasion of a surge are avoided. As a result, with the switch 22 turned off, the relay 46 is activated to close the contact 48. Since the actuator 29 is not activated, the battery 37 is connected to the battery 21 to charge it.
