Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a rubber vibration insulator having excellent vibration absorbing characteristics and resistance to heat and oils, by using a nitrile group-contg. hydrocarbon rubber having a less unsaturated double bond or a mixture thereof with other rubber as a raw material. CONSTITUTION:Additives such as sulfur, zinc white, vulcanizing agent, vulcanization accelerator, etc. are added to a raw rubber having a nitrile group-contg. monomer unit content of 5-60wt% such as a nitrile group-contg. hydrocarbon rubber having an iodine value of 120 or below (e.g., a butadiene/acrylonitrile copolymer rubber) or a mixture of 30wt% said rubber). The mixture is kneaded to obtain a rubber vibration insulator composed of a rubber blend.
