Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the finish of the partial coating by coating a strippable paint on the surface of a resin product, stripping the resin coated film on the side to be coated, coating a paint on the part to be coated, and then stripping the resin coated film on an uncoated part. CONSTITUTION:The strippable paint is coated on the surface of the resin product 1 such as a front bumper and dried to form a resin coated film 7a. The resin coated film is cut by melting along a parting line (l) by the irradiation of laser light from an oscillator 8, the resin film on the surface to be coated is stripped, and a paint 11 is coated on the surface to be coated. Then a water jet is injected on the whole uncoated surface part to strip the resin coated film 7a on the uncoated surface. Consequently, the finish of the partial coating is improved, after correction can be practically dispensed with, and the productivity is remarkably improved.
