Summary:PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a diffusion test when a wind direction changes with good accuracy, in a gas diffusion testing method in a wind tunnel, by making a geographic model rotatable and rotating the same at a constant speed. CONSTITUTION:Simulation wind 2 is guided along the wind passage side wall 1 and a turntable 3 having a relief model 7 mounted thereto is arranged at the center of a wind passage. Diffused smoke 6 issued from a tracer gas exhaust pipe 4 is sampled by a concn. sampling port 5 and guided to a concn. analyzer 14 by a rubber pipe 17 to be inputted to an electric calculator 16 as a concn. electric signal 15. The turntable 3 is rotated on a support stand 11 by a rotary roller 12 and, at the same time, tracer gas is exhausted to continue measurement. The concn. C of the tracer gas is inputted to the calculator 16 and subsequently entirely integrated (weighted average is taken) to be outputted as tracer gas concn.-C.
