Summary: | PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit configuration by transmitting synchronism information of a subcarrier as the pulse width variation of horizontal synchronizing signals to a camera head. CONSTITUTION:Subcarrier (SC) from a synchronizing signal generating circuit (SSG) 13 and external signals from a terminal 14 are phase compared and the phase of an output subcarrier of the SSG 13 is controlled by a phase comparison error signal. The pulse width horizontal synchronizing signals outputted from the SSG 13 is modulated in a pulse width modulating circuit 19 by the synchronism information of the subcarrier, and supplied to the camera head 1 through a cable 3. Horizontal synchronizing signals separated by a synchronizing separator circuit 21 in the camera head 1 are phase compared with horizontal synchronizing signals outputted from the SSG 12 in a comparator 22, and the horizontal synchronizing signal generating circuit of the SSG 12 is locked by the phase comparison error signal. |
