Summary:PURPOSE:To promote a gasification and enable a blue flame combustion to be performed by a method wherein porous combustion plate is installed near an extremity end of a nozzle to increase an amount of thermal radiation. CONSTITUTION:Liquid fuel is supplied to an edge part 2 of a supersonic-wave injecting nozzle 1, injected under a supersonic-wave vibration at the edge part so as to form a cloud of dripped fuel near an extremity end of the nozzle. The fuel is mixed with the cloud of dripped fuel liquid and dispersed with it under a momentum of combustion air discharged from a combustion air passage 3 arranged outside the supersonic-wave injecting nozzle 1 so as to form a mixture. The supersonic-wave injecting nozzle 1 or a porous combustion plate 5 fixed to a combustion unit may accept a combustion heat through a support 4 and is kept in a temperature condition. A small amount of dripped liquid fuel which is less gasified also receives a heat from the combustion plate while passing through the combustion plate 5, resulting in a complete gasification.
