Summary:PURPOSE:To take account of the optimum heating hysteresis and to prevent superheat by estimating the temp. of a specified point of a piece to be heated, regulating the time to keep the solution temp. within specified limits and determining a temp. increasing pattern to minimize the integral time value. CONSTITUTION:The temp. of the coldest point of the piece to be heated on a skid or of the specified point where segregation is easy to occur is estimated by using a heat conduction equation, etc. The estimated temp. is kept at above a soln. temp. from the time when the estimated temp. reaches the soln. temp. of an inhibitor such as MnS to the time of sampling and the keeping time is regulated between the given upper limit and the lower limit. Then the integral time value when the estimated temp. exceeds the soln. temp. is minimized. The optimum temp. increasing pattern of the piece to be heated is determined by the respective procedures. The furnace temp. or the fuel to be charged is controlled on the basis of the temp. increasing pattern and the combustion in the heating furnace is controlled.
