Summary:PURPOSE:To eliminate grinding foreign matters produced in fastening a screw, by furnishing a spot facing at the top of a sealing screw installing tap at a coolant pouring port. CONSTITUTION:At a recession 4a of a radiator plate 4, is furnished a pouring port 6 formed with a female screw at the inner wall, at the periphery of which is furnished a so-called spot facing portion 4b which consists of a ring form space with a triangular section a little larger than a screw 7 in diameter. Therefore, when fastening the screw 7 inserted in the pouring port 6, the screw thread is not ground producing no foreign matter, and mixing such a foreign matter in the coolant 5 is prevented securely.
