Summary:PURPOSE:To enable detection with always less variance and with high responsibility by forming a vessel of a light transmittable antistatic resin and forming flat parts having a prescribed size to the center of the bottom wall of recesses for reaction. CONSTITUTION:A vessel plate 1 is formed of the light transmittable antistatic resin consisting of a graft copolymer obtd. by graft copolymn. of >=1 kinds of ethylenic unstad. monomers with, for example, a rubber-base polymer contg. a monomer having an alkylene oxide group and ethylenic unstad. bond. The flat parts 4 having at least >=1mm diameter are then formed to the central regions of the bottom walls 3 of the recesses 2 for reaction. The inside surfaces of the bottom walls 3 and the inside surfaces of circumferential walls 7 are connected by gentle arc-shaped surfaces. The electrification of the plate 1 is thereby obviated and a sample liquid drops surely into the intended recess 2 for reaction when the sample is dropped. Moreover, cleaning is thoroughly executed and the generation of errors is prevented.
