Summary: | PURPOSE:To attain synchronizing multiplex recording such as overdubbing or ping-pong sound recording by setting the operation timing of a recording head differently from that of a reproducing head by a recording circuit and a reproducing circuit respectively. CONSTITUTION:A tape format is formed such that a recording pattern is divided to constitute sectors 1-4, plural groups T, U... each of which is constituted by collecting plural adjacent sectors are arrayed in the tape traveling direction and plural groups obtained at the same time are independently recorded in plural sectors in the same group of respective sweeping tracks T1, T2..., U1, U2... A recording head means consisting of heads C, D is separated from a reproducing head means consisting of heads A, B by a vertical distance SP and an angle alpha. |
