Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a plaster capable of stably keeping an ingredient drug component without decomposition, by compounding a plaster composed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive material with a crude drug selected from DAIKAISHI or SUZUKAKENOKI (both are Chinese crude drugs). CONSTITUTION:A plaster composed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive substance such as acrylic adhesive substance or rubbery adhesive substance, etc., is compounded with a crude drug selected from DAIKAISHI (dried fruit or seed of Cola nitida belonging to Cola genus, Sterculiaceae family) and SUZUKAKENOKI (dried bark or leaf of Platanus orientalis belonging to Hamamelidaceae family). The amount of the crude drug is 0.1-20(wt)%, preferably 0.2-5% in the case of powder and 0.01-8%, preferably 0.05-5% in the case of extract. The stabilized plaster is especially effective to a compound containing phenolic hydroxyl group (e.g. salicylic acid derivative) or amine compound (e.g. ethanolamine-type antihistaminic agent) which causes remarkably loss of content in conventional plaster.
