Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the composition material with the surface of high mirror degree by charging into a container by combining the billet for composing a strength loading part which is heated and the billet for smooth face composition of a room temp. and extruding with an indirect extrusion method. CONSTITUTION:For the billet 2 for strength loading part composition what is heated at the prescribed temp. which is lower as the preheating temp. is used and for the billet 3 for smooth face composition what is at the room temp. as it is used. The billet 3 is inputted into the hollow part 5 of the billet 2 immediately before the extrusion and charged to the container 12 of an extruder. A ram 14 is moved with blowing out a mixture gas 15 from the tip thereof by inserting a mandrel 13 into the hollow part of the billet 1, and the mandrel 13 and container 12 are pushed out by moving them. After the mandrel 13 coming to the position of a die 10 with the movement of the ram 14, a shape is formed in the prescribed sectional shape with its surface and die hole 16. The inner face of the extruded shape becomes a pure Al face. Owing to the mixture gas 15 being filled up on the inner part, a precise oxidized film is formed.
