Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a brazing device which can control a brazing range correctly to a prescribed value, by executing a driving control so that a part to be brazed of parts to be brazed can be immersed into a brazing filler metal by a signal of a liquid surface detector of a brazing filler metal molten tank which has been provided on a brazed parts supporting device. CONSTITUTION:When a driving device 25 oscillates a prescribed angle range, both supporting arms 23A, B synchronize with each other and oscillate as shown in figures A-B, through an oscillation, etc. of a driving arm 28. Subsequently, the arm 23A tilts electronic parts 11 which have been received and held 17 from a working beam device 14 in the forward direction of the line, immerses a terminal 12 of the other side of the parts 11 into solder of a solder molten tank 13, and thereafter, draws it up, and performs solder brazing to the terminal 12. During this time, in accordance with the quality and a shape of the terminal 12, and the quality and a temperature of the solder, etc., a relative moving state of the arms 23A, B and the tank 13 is set 33. Subsequently, a set value of the setting device 33 is transferred to a controller 34, and the controller 34 drives the motor 25 in accordance with said set value, and controls an immersion time of the terminal 12, a drawing-up speed, etc. to an optimum state required for obtaining an optimum state.
