Summary:PURPOSE:To make a rotor and a rotor chamber separable from a centrifuge main body, by constituting the rotary coupling provided to the lower part of the center shaft of the rotor so as to bring the same into engagement with the rotary shaft of the centrifuge main body. CONSTITUTION:A culture solution is introduced into a rotor 6 by utilizing a head or a pump to start continuous centrifugal separation. After the finish of centrifugal separation, an one touch joint is detached and a chamber unit is separated from a centrifuge main body 7 to open a cell take-out port 1 in a clean bench and the cell centrifugally separated to the curved part of the upper side surface of the rotor 6 is sucked by an automatic pipet or a suction device to be recovered in a separate container. This cell take-out operation is performed aseptically in the clean bench. Next, the chamber unit is separated into parts outside the clean bench and washed with water to be able to be again transferred to the next operation.
