Summary: | PURPOSE:To easily exfoliate Al disks, by pushing circular-arched oscillators against the grooves in the chamfered parts of plural Al disks which are piled up to undergo pressure annealing and are allowed to adhere to each other and by applying ultrasonic oscillations to the oscillators. CONSTITUTION:A guide bar 22 is fixed onto an elevator 21, which is passed through the spindle holes of a number of Al disks 11 to pile them up. After the above Al disks are heated to undergo annealing with being pressurized from the upper part, plural circular-arched oscillators 24A, 24B whose ends have wedge parts 25A, 25B made of hard vinyl chloride, etc., are inserted in the grooves 15 formed in the chamfered parts of respective Al disks 11 adhering to each other due to the above heating, to which ultrasonic oscillations of 20kHz frequency are applied by means of ultrasonic horns 23A, 23B so as to exfoliate the Al disks on the upper and lower parts of the oscillators. The first Al disk, the upper one between the exfoliated Al disks, is removed and the elevator 21 is lifted by the equivalent of the thickness of one disk, and then the oscillators are inserted in the grooves 15 between the second and the third Al disk to exfoliate the Al disks by means of supersonic oscillations. In this way, the Al disks can be successively exfoliated from the top without damage. |
