Summary:PURPOSE:To attain buffering and heat dissipation of an effective internal unit by containing a thin metallic plate including a buffer rubber in the inside to a cylindrical space between an outer package and the internal unit. CONSTITUTION:Elasticity is given to the thin metallic plate 3 by the buffer rubber 2 included inside, then it is possible to adhere closely the entire surface to the outer face of the internal unit 1 and the inner face of the outer package 5 so as to minimize the heat conduction loss of the contact face. Further, the metallic plate 3 calls for the spring performance, then the material limit is lost and the metal with excellent heat conductive characteristic is used to form an excellent heat conduction path.
