Summary: | PURPOSE:To reduce noise, by a method wherein a guide wall is installed around a commutator of a rotor of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A guide wall 33 is installed around a commutator 31 from outer circumference towards inner circumference in opposition to rotational direction of a motor 26. The guide wall 33 has height extending from the bottom of a motor frame 27 to upper position of the commutator 31, and is mounted on the motor frame 27 and forms a bypass of air flow to a discharge hole 34. In this constitution, air flow is guided along the guide wall 33 towards the commutator 31, and then bypasses the inner circumferential end and is exhausted from the discharge hole 34. Since noise contained in the air flow passing through the inside of the motor passes through a long passage until it is exhausted, sound generated directly from the discharge hole 34 is reduced. |
