PURPOSE:To confirm the concrete error content of a non-fixed message, by inputting the non-fixed message to a CRT display device when an error message is defined by a processing program. CONSTITUTION:The error message defined by the processing program is inputted to and stored at a non-fixed message display control circuit 2c as a message data signal 7. Meanwhile, in process of the processing program, an arithmetic control part 1 outputs a display command signal 3 to a picture display control circuit 2, if a certain error exists in the processing program. Simultaneously, when the error message is defined by the processing program, the display command signal is switched by a selection circuit 2d, by outputting a selection signal 8, and a non-fixed message out of a fixed message display control circuit 2b which displays a fixed message, and the non-fixed message display control circuit 2c defined by the processing program, is selected, and the non-fixed message is outputted to a CRT4 with an error number 5, the being displayed.
