Summary:PURPOSE:To transmit data of higher urgency to a master station without waiting for the completion of the transmission of preceding transmission text data of low urgency by providing a transmission procedure control part for indexing a priority in a remote supervisory and controlling slave station equipment. CONSTITUTION:The transmission procedure control part 3, at the time of receiving a processing request and after the transmission request of one text is completed to be informed to a transmission data input/output drive part 4, the priority number of all the transmission request texts D1, D2, D3 or the like loaded on a queue 2 is indexed by the linkage pointer of the queue 2 and the linkage pointer of the transmission request text D3 having the highest priority number '1' in the queue 2 is loaded on the foremost part by a change. Then, the transmission procedure control part 3 registers the priority number and requests for the transmission of the transmission request text D3 to the transmission data input/output drive part 4. Thereby, the transmission data input and output drive part 4 starts the transmission of the text data.
