Summary:PURPOSE:To allow even a station with lower priority to acquire the transmission right depending on the degree of lowerness by providing high/low priority information to a frame header and varying the information depending on the degree of priority. CONSTITUTION:A station being a management station at first sends a frame header provided with sets of priority degree information PR1-PRN of each station. The priority degree information PR1-PRN correspond to each station, which judges the priorit of its own station while looking for the priority degree information, and if logical 1, the transmission right is acquired. In case the number of stations N is 5 and the information PR1-PR5 are expressed as '10011', the station 1, 4 and 5 acquire the transmission right. the priority degree information is revised, e.g., to '1111' at the 2nd frame. In this case, all the stations acquire the transmission right. Thus, the stations 2, 3 having lower priority acquire the transmission right.
