Summary:PURPOSE:To keep the changing factor of flow rate caused by valve open/close operations at a fixed level regardless of the valve opening amount, by performing the automatic control of speed so that the smaller the detected value of the opening amount of a flow rate control valve is, the lower the open/close operating speed of the value, is. CONSTITUTION:A variable speed induction motor containing an inverter control circuit 6A as a valve driver 6 is provided for control of a valve V based on the operation command given from a controller 5. Thus the valve open/close operating speed can be changed. At the same time, a speed controller 8 which slows down automatically the valve open/close operating speed as the detected opening amount theta is reduced is controlled so that the changing factor of flow rate caused by the valve open/close operations is set at a fixed level according to the detected opening amount of an opening amount sensor 4. As a result, the changing characteristics of flow rate has an apparent change in terms of a primary function.
