Summary: | PURPOSE:To enable sharp images to be recorded by providing a control means to control the movement of a stripping member for separation of an ink sheet from a material to be recorded. CONSTITUTION:A stripping lever 58 of an ink ribbon cassette 50 is providing in freely sliding manner (arrows C1, C2 directions) along the side 50a of the cassette with an opening 52e. After heating, recording paper 12 and an ink sheet 1 travel in contact state upto the position of a stripping roller 54. If they passed through the stripping roller 54, they are separated. A switching lever 62 is constituted so that the stripping roller 54 may lightly press a platen 10 through the elastic power of a spring 61. Therefore, when the stripping roller 54 contacts the platen 10, this is performed with a stable power caused by the elastic power. Accordingly, fouling of an image record by offset printing of faulty ink sheet supply due to creasing and oblique feed can be prevented. |
