Summary:PURPOSE:To enable a deflective distance between vibro-isolating rubbers to be large ensured, by extending the first arm part and the second arm part in a reverse direction to each other and reducing the size of a device while ensuring the length of the first and second arm parts. CONSTITUTION:An inner 17 is connected with an outer by two arm parts 27, 29 extending in a direction diagonally crossing with a bolt lengthwise direction 11A. Consequently, dimensions S, S between outer front and rear pieces 15C, 15D and inner front and rear pieces 17A, 17B can be reduced while large ensuring a length L of each arm part 27, 29. Accordingly, a vibro-isolating device, obtaining compact construction, enables its spring constant to be decreased while a deflective distance between the arm parts 27, 29 to be large ensured.
