Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain a metal composite laminate with heat dissipation and good adhesive property between the layers by overlaying a metal foil on a surface of a metal plate finished in a specific treatment with a resin or a resin composition as an interlayer and by heating and pressing them. CONSTITUTION:A heat-treatment or a mechanical treatment and a coupling agent treatment as well as carried out on a surface of a metal plate 3. Thereafter, a metal foil 1 is overlaid on the surface with a resin or a resin composition as an interlayer and heated and pressed to obtain a laminate. The metal plate 3 consisting of aluminum, iron, copper, tin or so on, or their alloys or composite materials of different kinds of the metals and so on is treated under heating at 200 deg.C to the m.p. -3 deg.C in order to remove organic impurity, so that a thin and clean oxide layer can be produced. It is desirable to use a silane coupling agent, a titanium coupling agent, or so on for a coupling treatment. As regards the resin, heat-curable resins such as vinyl chloride, methacryl, styrol, polyimide resins, etc. or a combination of more than two kinds of the heat-curable resin to the base material, or a resin itself should be used. |
