PURPOSE:To correct a telescope deformation and to stably rewind without meandering by inserting a supporting mandrel into the center of a coil, lifting to rewind and providing the coil shiftable in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:On a rotative shaft 10 11 of a shiftably loading device 8 of coil disposed between a winding side 4 and rewinding side 7, a rotative arm 12 is fixed and the supporting mandrels 15, 16 are fitted on te top ends thereof to be disposed accessibly and separably through cylinders 22, 23 capable of expansion and contraction. When winding a sheet bar 1 is finished, the device 8 is brought down on the winding side through rotating cylinders 30-33, to insert the mandrels 15, 16 into the center hole of the coil to support to rotate to the rewinding side 7. In this state, the rewinding is performed and when shaped telescopic thereof the mandrel 15, 16 are shifted in the axis direction by the cylinders 22, 23 capable of expansion and contraction to rewind without meandering.
