Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain positive seating of two valve elements by mounting stoppers with a predetermined interval therebetween substantially at the central portion of a connecting rod for connecting the valve elements. CONSTITUTION:A first valve element 3a has a first valve portion 8a, a second valve portion 8b and a piston 10a, and a second valve element 3b has a first valve portion 9a, a second valve portion 9b and a piston 10b. Both valve elements 3a and 3b are connected to each other by a connecting rod 17 which extends through both valve elements 3a and 3b and is formed substantially at the central portion thereof with stoppers 18. The stoppers 18 cause both valve elements 3a and 3b to be held on the connecting rod 17 with an interval therebetween in such relative positions that the space between the valve portions 8a and 8b of the valve elements which are seated simultaneously and the space of the valve portions 8b and 9a are slightly smaller than the space between the valve seats 4 and 7 and the space between the valve seats 5 and 6, respectively.
