PURPOSE:To simplify a clamp mechanism part by supporting a clamp member in a clamp mechanism with a supporting member consisting of a shape memory alloy, and operating the clamp member in a clamp/unclamp direction by the shape storing effect of the shape memory alloy. CONSTITUTION:A movable member 35 is provided between the lower plane of a flange part 20 and the upper plane of a supporting arm 31, and the movable member 35 is slided and guided in an upward/downward direction through a guide member 36 provided on the upper plane of the supporting arm 31. Between the movable member 35 and the supporting arm 31, a clamp/unclamp operating spring 37 constituted of the shape memory alloy is interposed. The clamp/unclamp operating spring 37 is composed of an SM alloy that is the shape memory alloy, and the shape storing effect is given on the alloy so that it is put in a compressed state when the clamp mechanism is in a clamp state, and it is put in an expanded state when the clamp mechanism is in an unclamp state.
