PURPOSE:To make a sample liquid flow exactly and stably to the center of a flow part of a flow cell, by constituting the titled device so that a nozzle holding part for fixing eccentrically a nozzle for leading the sample liquid into the flow cell can be brought to a position adjustment. CONSTITUTION:In a state that a flow cell 1 is removed from a cell holding part 10, a nozzle holding part 17 is rotated in the direction as indicated with an arrow by observing it from the direction as indicated with an arrow Z, and the tip of a nozzle 16 is made to conform with the center in the X axis direction of a hole part 14 of the cell holding part 10. Subsequently, in a long hole 19 of a nozzle fixing part 11, the nozzle holding part 17 is moved in the Y axis direction to two pieces of screws 20, and an adjustment is executed so that the tip of the nozzle 16 conforms with the center in the Y axis direction of the hole part 14. Thereafter, the flow cell 1 is attached, a sample liquid Sa is made to flow actually to the flow cell 1, a state of a flow in a flow part 2 of the flow cell 1 is observed, and by repeating further the adjustment, the sample liquid Sa can be led to the center of the flow part 2 with a high accuracy.
