Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain many variable-magnification copies of the same original image on one sheet of recording paper without increasing the number of copy sheets by providing a means which forms the latent image of at least one original and exposing the same photosensitive medium to it plural times and a means which visualizes the latent image. CONSTITUTION:The original 1 mounted on an original platen is lighted by an illumination lamp to form the electrostatic latent image on a photosensitive medium as an electrophotographic sensitive body provided around the peripheral surface of a drum by an optical system which includes the 1st mirror 21, the 2nd mirror unit 22, parallel provided lenses L1-L3 of an image formation system, and the 3rd mirror. Original images of the whole original which have (m)X magnification are formed as a latent image on the photosensitive medium 25 which rotates at a rotational peripheral speed mV through the lenses L1, L2, and L3. This latent image is developed by a developing device 26 to obtain a visual image (toner image). This visual image is transferred by a transfer electrode 27 to recording paper P sent out of a paper feed cassette 30 which contains sheets of recording paper of different size. Consequently, plural fine images of the same original are obtained by single-time copying operation and the operation time of copying operation is shortened. |
