PURPOSE:To enable accurate correction of respective temperature measuring junction data to be inputted into a plurality of terminals, by providing a temperature compensation element at the center of a terminal plate on which are provided the terminals. CONSTITUTION:A number of terminals 7, 7... as reference contacts of thermocouples set at various points are planted on a terminal plate 6. These terminals 7, 7... are, for example, made up of hinges and compensation conductors from the respective thermocouples are connected to the terminals. A temperature compensation element 8 is mounted at the representative position roughly at the center of the terminal plate 6. The temperature compensation element 8 is, for example, made up of first and second electrode plates 10 and 11 connected to a semiconductor device 9 sealed into a package an insulation holding section 12 and a cover 13. A signal inputted into the terminal of the terminal plate 6 is inputted into an arithmetic means 15 through a measuring circuit 14 to be recorded by a recording means 16 and an output of the temperature compensation element 8 of the terminal plate 6 is also inputted into the arithmetic means 15. This enables the correction of individual temperature measuring junction data inputted from several terminals to correct ones.
