CONSTITUTION:Data from a plant 1 are inputted to a central arithmetic processing unit (CPU) 3 through a host computer 2. A system initializing section 10 in the CPU 3 in started by an initializing command signal h1 that indicates the completion of restoration of a power source from a power source control processing section 27, and sends a request signal C1 to an automatic restarting device 4, and the automatic restarting device 4 outputs a command signal C2. An OS scheduler 29 starts an interpreter processing section 12 by a signal h2 from the system initializing section 10. The automatic restarting device 4 sends a system leading command output signal C3 to an interpreter processing section 12, and the interpreter processing section 12 reads a initial function indicating table 11 to perform function as a data processing device, and makes each processing section correspond to command and execute.
