Summary:PURPOSE:To accurately measure the surface temperature of a body which can not be seen directly by providing a temperature sensing body which has heat conductivity between a body to be heated and a heat source and also providing a heat reflecting plate which cuts off radiant heat from the heating to the temperature sensing body. CONSTITUTION:The body 6 to be heated is heated with the radiant heat from the heating source 8 and emits radiant heat by itself after as its temperature rises. The temperature sensing body (temperature sensing plate) 1, on the other hand, receives the radiant heat from the opposite heated body 6 without being affected by the radiant heat from the heating source 8 and the temperature of the heat sensing body 1 rises almost to the temperature of the heated body 6. For the purpose, the temperature of the temperature sensing body 1 is detected by a temperature detecting means (thermocouple) 3 to know the temperature of the heated body 6. Consequently, the temperature of the body which is heated by radiation is measured through the inexpensive, simple constitution without contacting and the temperature of even a body which can not be seed directly is also measured.
