Summary:PURPOSE:To supply coolant to a machining section sufficiently through the openings of meshes and to discharge chips smoothly by providing a part of meshed base material with an abrasive grain sticking section containing super abrasive grains. CONSTITUTION:A meshed base material 2 is composed of inorganic fiber or organic synthetic fiber, and has openings of 0.4-1.5mm of which density is 10-30 meshes. The abrasive sticking section 4 provided to a part of the meshed base material 2 is bound and fixed with resin series adhesive agent 3 in such a way that the super abrasive grains 1 of more than 20wt% of diamond grains or cubic boron nitride wrap up the strings of the meshed base material 2 to the extent that the abrasive grains do not blind more than 75% of the area of each opening.
