Summary: | PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which gives moldings having excellent self-lubricating properties, by blending a high-molecular polyacetal derivative whose terminals are blocked with a residue of an alcohol, a carboxyl group. etc., with a specified alcohol (derivative) and a uncleating agent. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polyacetal derivative (A) having such a structure that one terminal of a polyoxymethylele chain having a number-average MW of 10,000-500,000 is blocked with a residue represented by formula I (wherein R1 and R2 are each H or a hydrocarbon; R3 is a hydrocarbon, an aliph. acyl or an arom. acyl; m is a number of 2-6; and n is a number of 0 or 1-2,000) is blended with 0.5-20pts.wt. alcohol having formula II (wherein R4 and R5 are each H or a hydrocarbon group; R6 is a hydrocarbon group, an aliph. acyl or an arom. acyl; m' is a number of 2-6; and n' is a number of 0 or 1-200) or ether or ester thereof (B) (e.g., stearyl alcohol) and 0.001-1pt.wt. nucleating agent (C) (e.g., boron nitride) to form the titled compsn. |
