Summary:PURPOSE:To surely and successively take out panels in the storing order and to prevent the panels from generating a scratch or the like by forming panel setting planes obtained by spirally continuing a plate material around a rotary shaft extended in the vertical direction with an approximately fixed spiral angle. CONSTITUTION:A panel P is delivered from a storing port 25 of a panel slip blocking member 22 to the panel setting plane 24a on the uppermost stage through a guide roller arranged close to the device. The panel P is set up on the setting plane 24a and stored in a fixed state while being guided by the side walls 22a-22c of the member 22. When the unit 21 is rotated, the panel P is moved to the succeeding panel setting plane 24b as it is while being slided on the surface of the setting plane 24a. In accordance with the rotation of the unit 21, the vertical position of the panel P is gradually moved downwards, then at the time the panel P reaches the lowermost panel setting plane, the panel P is released from the setting state and discharged from a panel discharge port 26.
