Summary:PURPOSE:To decrease the frequency of a data collision without damaging the equality of the data sending priority right of respective terminals so much by combining in a link shape a data sending priority circuit and a protecting circuit equipped at respective terminals and prohibiting the data sending at other terminal in the same group. CONSTITUTION:Since the same type of JOB is executed before a terminal 24 sends the data to a communicating line 8, the sending of the data may be stopped at terminals 25 and 26 in which the collision of the data is easy to occur in a timing manner. Then, the terminal 24 operates a protecting circuit 12 by its own functions an external priority signal and next, sends a data sending priority signal to the terminal 25 by a data sending priority circuit 13. Since the protecting circuit 17 is not operated by the terminal 25, a priority signal is received and the sending of the data from a control circuit 16 to a data input output buffer 14 is prohibited. On the other hand, the control circuit 16 functions by the given priority signal and sends the data sending priority signal by a data sending priority circuit 18.
